Something struck a cord with me as being early 1800’s England being winter the long coats and clocks would definitely be worn. The description of the clothing matches this time period as well.
As you described the scene I could vividly picture everything and even feel the crisp cold.
I have become fairly good at scanning locations near or far but I have never scanned across time before this was very intriguing to me.
