Wow! So insightful, thank you…a lot of answers came to me as I listened…have been trying to clear something that doesn’t seem to want to shift, I understood last night for the first time that it’s actually not my pain & the physical symptoms are for the most part not my own. Have also made the connection with water so this morning listening to you talk I finally know that to truly heal it’s allowing myself to let go of everything that does not serve me for my highest good & that includes other pain.
