I feel I am receiving some spiritual guidance here with you. Just yesterday I sent an email explaining this feeling of nothingness after going through the motions of exercising and yoga; studying and courses of Herbal healing; etc and now I am at a halt or something. Which I feel may be this “Integration” you spoke of in this Energy update Podcast. Things have gotten boring or quite difficult. I’ll just take this as a spiritual guidance and thank you for being here.
