The past several weeks have been extremely difficult for many—especially here in Minnesota. I’ve personally been homebound, recovering from major surgery, feeling antsy and a little left out as I’ve watched the physical protests unfolding across our state and beyond.
While I haven’t been able to participate in person, that doesn’t mean I’ve been inactive. I’ve been holding candle vigils, participating in energetic collective clearings, offering prayer sessions, and spending time in meditation. I am deeply proud of our communities and the courage I see everywhere. But this work is far from done.
I’ve been documenting many of these challenges inside my Vibe Tribe membership through ongoing webcasts. If you’d like to explore that space, you can find it here:
I’ve also stayed current with our weekly YouTube podcast, Energy Unleashed, where I share practical tools and guidance for navigating these times and supporting your nervous system. You can scroll videos here.
The current energy has been especially unnerving over the last few days, as many of us find ourselves once again in a deep phase of integration—especially with everything happening around ICE and beyond. February is still an integration month for our biology and for the “new year” energetically. This can feel confusing. It can feel stagnant, foggy, or even blank.
Please don’t mistake this for lack of progress.
This is a time of deep internal movement. A time to dig into your own spiritual journey, if you feel called. On a collective level, we are undergoing profound shifts—through solar activity, the Schumann Resonance, our nervous systems, and our shared human psyche within the collective fields.
Meanwhile, constant political posturing and distraction tactics continue to chip away at our energy and resolve. It becomes harder to hold hope, patience, and long-term vision. That’s real.
So, remember:
- Limit how much you consume on social media and mainstream news
- Ground yourself in the present moment
- Lean on community with shared values
- Take care of your basic needs first
- Practice small, meaningful acts of agency
These things matter.
I’m proud to be part of this movement on the planet. As always: take what resonates and leave the rest.
I’m not here to tell anyone what is right or wrong. But if you feel called to explore deeper timelines and cycles, you may find value in studying the work of Dolores Cannon and Edgar Cayce, especially regarding their insights into this period leading into 2026. Much of this can be found online. Many of us feel we are living through exactly what earlier visionaries described.
Right now, many Lightworkers are experiencing compassion fatigue, moral grief, and nervous system overload. It can feel empty. Defeated. Heavy.
The healer’s grief is real. It mourns the gap between what could be and what is. It carries the weight of lost potential. That runs deep.
This is a time to anchor into your own light with clarity and resolve. To choose the timeline that aligns with your highest self—even if that timeline looks different from your neighbor’s, your partner’s, your friend’s, or even someone you disagree with.
And it may also be a time to not be “on” for collective healing.
We are allowed to be human.
Here in Minneapolis, we have moved mountains as a community. And yes—the struggle continues. This work put in thus far has not failed. The collective moves slowly. Painfully slowly. And consciousness evolves in nonlinear waves.
What we are witnessing now is backlash and deconstruction—exactly the kind I write about in my newest book Secrets of a Starseed. Old programs are breaking down. Residual fear is surfacing.
That only happens when deeper structures are weakening.
We helped loosen them. We continue to, in whatever way we can.
We are not losing the light.
We are responding to violence, injustice, and suffering with a healthy human nervous system response.
But we are tired.
That is not “low frequency.”
That is empathy.
Dissociation is low frequency.
Numbing is low frequency.
Pretending everything is fine is low frequency.
Feeling it and staying present in LOVE versus fear is strength. EMPATHY versus empathing it.
Our hearts are saying:
“This matters. Communities are hurting. People are dying. This is serious. I care.”
That is moral intelligence.
If we felt nothing, that would be dangerous.
But remember to “send this message through” your personal body and back to Source—or whatever God-Package you believe in. Source is the library where the horror of this chaos needs to be archived—not stored within your human body and emotions fields.
This is ultimately what makes change.
Again, feeling it and staying present in LOVE versus fear is strength. EMPATHY versus empathing it.
Each of us has free will in how we co-create our reality. None of us were ever meant to carry planetary coherence alone. We are learning this in how community is stepping forward as a force, as a movement of unity and oneness for humanity.
We are each responsible for our own part.
We have done that.
We are continuing to do just that.
We still can.
And remember:
Without suffering, injustice remains invisible.
With awareness, presence, and compassion, change becomes possible.
